Orders placed before 12pm/noon, Pacific Time, ship the same day. Orders placed after 12pm/noon ship the following day. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
Shipping Transit Time
The transit time from our Southern California based warehouse to your shipping address ranges between 2 to 5 days depending on your location.

Every sleeve is handcrafted from a patchwork quilt in this color combination. Due to the manual process the grouping of patches may differ from sleeve to sleeve making each piece unique.

How to Start
Email us at contact@anjajay.com with your order number, and we’ll provide you with a shipping label. The cost of the label will be deducted from your final refund.
Follow the steps below to ensure your return is accepted:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition, free of marks or stains.
- Keep it in the original packaging, complete with a scannable barcode and hangtag.
- Ship the return back to us within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately, after 14 days, all sales are considered final, and we will be unable to accept any returns or exchanges.
Important Notes
- Items that don’t meet these requirements will be returned to you at your expense.
- Anja Jay reserves the right to decline returns that don’t comply with our policy.
Refund, Store Credit, or Exchange
- Full-priced items: Eligible for a refund (minus a $--- restocking fee for prepaid return labels) or store credit. The fee is waived if you choose store credit.
- Discounted items: Eligible for store credit only.
- Orders purchased with store credit: Eligible for store credit only.
- Exchanges: Not available. Simply return the item and place a new order.
Processing Time
Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
Defective Items
If you received a defective item, email us at contact@anyajay.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the defect. We’ll arrange a replacement right away. Claims made after this timeframe won’t be eligible for a replacement, so don’t wait!
