No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest. However, by setting
up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time
you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your
account before you check out on the shopping cart page.
Please click on “Login/Register” followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your personal
particulars. Login/Register is available at the top right of every page or in the shopping cart
before check-out.
We accept payments via Paypal, Apple Pay and all major credit and debit cards such as
Mastercard, VISA, American Express and Discover.

Once your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with the
tracking number. If you are unable to find the tracking email, check your junk inbox. You can
also write us at contact@anjajay.com adding your order number in the message and we will
provide you with a tracking update. In case you opened and account with us, log into that
account and the tracking number will be available under the order in question.

Depending on where you are located, approximately 3-5 business days. We ship from Southern
California.
An order placed on a week day morning can only be canceled or amended till 12PM noon,
Pacific Time. Thereafter cancellations and changes will no longer be processed. Order placed
after 12PM noon Pacific Time can be cancelled or amended till 12PM noon the following day.

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to
confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped
when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified.
Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered
user.
You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the
item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as
“Temporarily Unavailable”.
